About the role: As a property caretaker with us, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our properties. Your tasks are varied and include maintenance of common areas and property surfaces as well as repairs in both apartments and common areas.

You will perform tasks such as repairing refrigerators and freezers, stoves, replacing faucets, locks, and addressing clogs in drains. You will handle fault reports and book service orders in consultation with tenants.

Your tasks also include:

• Supporting our property managers in the northern and southern management areas during illness and high workloads
• Continuous inspections of parking spaces
• Reporting in the property management system Vitec TF

Who are you? You are a structured, stable, and collaborative person who easily builds good relationships. You enjoy a varied, active, and operational job. We prefer that you have education or previous experience in electrical, plumbing, and repairs in the property industry. In this role, we highly value your personality, motivation, and commitment. We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma and experience in property maintenance or similar practical work
• Has basic knowledge in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, carpentry, and flammable work
• Has a professional demeanor towards tenants and colleagues
• Has good problem-solving skills and can work independently
• Has a B driver's license
• Has good computer skills and is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Working hours Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:00, Friday 07:00–14:00. Appointment May to the end of September 2025. Application Register your application by 2025-03-31.
